For prospective customers, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and company name, and country. This information is only used to contact you regarding our products and services. All information is kept confidential and is not shared outside of GroundWork Open Source.
What information does GroundWork Open Source collect for existing customers and why is it collected?
For existing customers, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, organizational title, organizational role, mailing address, and country. This information is only used to contact you regarding your existing GroundWork Open Source contracts and regarding our products and services. All data is kept confidential. In some cases, customer information may be shared with GroundWork Open Source partners, but only when specifically agreed to by the customer.
How long do we retain this information?
For prospective customers, we maintain the information you provide until you provide feedback that you are no longer interested in receiving further information about GroundWork Open Source products and services, unless otherwise required by law.
For existing customers, we maintain the information you provide for as long as you maintain your customer contract with us, unless otherwise required by law.

Any personal data you share with us, such as your name, email, or phone number will be used only to send you information about our products. Opt-Out Procedures

If you remove your information from our database it will no longer be used by us for secondary purposes, disclosed to third parties, or used by us or third parties to send promotional correspondence to you. You may remove your information by sending your request in writing via email to it@gwos.com.
